A popular free event, the Tinker Air Show is zooming back to Tinker Air Force Base this summer.
The 2025 Tinker Air Show is set for June 28-29 at the Oklahoma County military base.
The world-renowned U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will return to Tinker after six years to headline the 2025 air show.
Attendees also can expect to see demonstrations featuring the MV-22 Osprey, C-17 Globemaster III, KC-46A Pegasus, E-3 Sentry, KC-135 Stratotanker and more.
Several military and civilian aerial acts are set to appear at the 2025 Tinker Air Show, including the Wings of Blue U.S. Air Force Parachute Team.
Plus, a wide array of display aircraft, exhibits and activities will be offered on the ground. Attractions including S.T.E.A.M. City will provide education and entertainment for eventgoers of all ages.
The theme for this year’s Tinker Air Show is “Warriors of Air and Space,” spotlighting the warrior ethos, hard work and contributions of military and civilian members of Tinker Air Force Base.
Tinker Air Force Base typically hosts an air show every other year, although the 2021 event was canceled due to COVID-19 precautions. An estimated 301,000 people attended the two-day Tinker Air Show in 2023, when the U.S. Navy Blue Angels were the headliners.
Admission and parking are free to the Tinker Air Show. For more information, go to https://www.tinker.af.mil/tinkerairshow.
