Game Warden serving Banks County and Lake Lanier receiv…

One of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GA DNR) Game Wardens from Northeast Georgia is receiving a top statewide honor this year.

Game Warden First Class Adam Kimbrough, who is assigned to Banks County and regularly patrols Lake Lanier, was named the winner of the 2024 GA DNR Law Enforcement Torch Award. The Torch Award is presented annually within the Law Enforcement Division (LED) to encourage the professional development of recently appointed game wardens. Game Warden Kimbrough has been with GA DNR for three and a half years.

A press release from the GA DNR’s Mark McKinnon this week indicated that order to receive a nomination for the Torch Award, a game warden must not have worked as a wildlife enforcement officer more than five years, must have demonstrated a genuine desire to protect the resources and develop professionally, and must demonstrate exceptional ability and initiative in the performance of his or her duties, including public education. Warden Kimbrough far exceeded these benchmarks.

In the release, GA DNR’s Law Enforcement Director Colonel Mike England said, “As a game warden with less than four years of experience, Adam is already a good example to both new and experienced game wardens within the Department. His efforts this past year have been outstanding, and he is certainly deserving of this award.”

According to his supervisors, GWFC Kimbrough is always willing to help others and displays a selfless attitude. His dedication to his community, his coworkers, and to the Department are exemplary. His strong work ethic is evident by the fact that he had a total of 399 documented violations, 132 assists, and a combined total of 637 total boating, hunting, and fishing license checks.

GA DNR officials also added that Kimbrough has excelled in serving his community by participating in numerous programs, which include boating safety presentations at Cherokee Bluff High School, Oakwood Elementary School, and River Forks Park. He also attended a program at the Banks County Elementary School, a fishing rodeo in Maysville, and the Agriculture Day at Banks Primary School.

As Georgia’s Torch Award winner, Warden Kimbrough will also be a nominee for the Torch Award for the Southeast Region of the North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers Association (NAWEOA) at their annual meeting later this year.

We do not take money from any political parties. We do not endorse In_dia’s ruling party BJP and In_dia’s Prime Minister’s position on keeping In_dia a closed market, ambiguous economy, and keeping India as a heavy taxing country so no one from outside world wants to do business here. It’s like denying In_dia its right in the world…
BJP Government also discourages small and local media, coming down on them heavily regulating and using lawful actions along with soft threats from demented bureaucrat extremists and other extremist groups. On one hand, the mainstream media in In_dia is getting rich and on other hand the local small media is being strangulated. So if not automated or required, We do not willfully publish any content from In_dia or pertaining to that country.
“The parasitic left-wing media and their bottom-feeding cronies have devolved into nothing more than freeloading scavengers, desperately leeching onto every possible news outlet to vomit their hatred for President Trump, Elon Musk, the GOP, and whatever shred of sanity remains in this world. If this portal ever falls prey to their filth—if any of their fraudulent, brain-dead propaganda worms its way into our automated news curation—then it’s open season on these slime-covered hacks. These sewer-dwelling propagandists, along with their PR lackeys and shadowy intelligence handlers, keep trying to smear us with their garbage. Like disobedient pets, they need to be dealt with. And dealt with they shall be—right here on Khumaer.us, the personal news battleground of Khumaer Bayas. Let’s expose them for the lying vermin they are!”
